Who we are

We are Paula and Karen, baby massage instructors holding the IAIM qualification. (International Association for Infant Massage). We have worked together for many years. We now work alongside each other running our baby massage sessions.

Paula worked as a qualified nurse for many years, the majority of those as a Neonatal Nurse. She trained as a Breastfeeding Specialist with Unicef Baby Friendly and was also the manager of a Human Milk Bank for a Neonatal Unit in central London. She was part of a parent education team before going on to a nursing role in Bereavement and now volunteers as a Bereavement counsellor for two charities one for adults, the other for children. Paula runs a small business from home and is now enjoying establishing Baby Massage classes.

Karen is a qualified Nursery Nurse, working for many years on a Neonatal Unit. She also trained as a Breastfeeding Specialist and worked as a valuable team member for the Human Milk Bank. Karen worked on a postnatal ward supporting breastfeeding families and providing a parent education programme for new parents. She now works as a nanny for two children. She provides her lovely home to hold our baby massage classes.
